IPAF Italy announces new council and training group members

A new management team has been elected to lead IPAF’s Italian Council of IPAF Members (INIC) and the Training Working Group (TWG).
Nicola Pontini, JLG’s General Manager for Italy and France was realected as Chairman of INIC, while Paola Palazzani, President of Palazzani was voted in as Vice Chairman. Mauro Potrich, from CTE now leads TWG, with Sara Trabucchi, Training Manager at Elevo-Kiloutou becoming Vice Chairman. They are joined by a number of other respected professionals in the Italian aerial platform sector.
The new working groups were offically formed during a meeting hosted by IMER in Pegognaga.
The appointments follow the conclusion of the previous terms of the management team, with Nicola Pontini and Roberto Geromin, as TWG Chairman.
INIC includes representatives from manufacturing, distribution, and service companies linked to the aerial platform sector, while the TWG consists of instructors and representatives from IPAF Training Centres, focusing on issues such as regulations, equipment standards, and course updates.
The groups work independently and collaboratively to address the challenges of the Italian market, continually striving to enhance safety in working at height.
IPAF said, “These groups embody a commitment to leveraging expertise that extends well beyond professional obligations.”
