Kennards Hire names its branch of the year

Kennards Hire has named its Walter Kennard Group Branch of the Year at the annual Group Quality of Management (QOM) Awards last month.

Initially contesting with over 200 other locations, the Queanbeyan branch in New South Wales came away with the top prize.

Kennards said the award was down to its “unwavering dedication to excellence.”

Meanwhile, the company also took the award for People & Safety and Equipment categories. Kennards added that both awards are a “testament to the team’s professionalism in safety, people, equipment quality, showroom appearance and financial performance.”

The QOM Award winners are determined by unannounced, audits three times a year. All branches across the Kennards Hire network the process which aims to “maintain and improve branch consistency, equipment quality and commitment to customer excellence.”

Earlier this month its Mount Maunganui branch was awarded New Zealand’s Branch of the Year.
