Chinese OEM launches electric skid steers

New equipment launched includes the S150 Electric Skid Steer Loader, S35MAX Long-Endurance Electric Skid Steer Loader, S35Pro Electric Skid Steer Loader, Z25 Mini Loader, and X35 MAX Electric Skid Steer Loader.

The S150 Electric Skid Steer Loader is currently the largest tonnage electric skid steer loader available. This model features a built-in battery thermal balance system, maximising the battery’s efficiency.

The OEM says that, thanks to wheel motor driving technology, the machine can achieve faster response compared to traditional drive axles, increasing power by 25% compared to its diesel fuel counterpart.

It adopts the national standard fast charging port as the one used on electric vehicles, supporting a maximum charging power of 80KW. With a universal attachment port, it offers a wide range of attachment options for various working condition.

The long-endurance S35 MAX Electric Skid Steer Loader can work continuously for nine-eleven hours on a full charge – the OEM claims that this makes it the longest-endurance electric skid steer loader globally that is already in mass production.

It supports both standard charging and fast charging modes. With a minimum pass-through width of 950mm, its electric advantages include lower noise, reduced vibration, and improved fuel efficiency.

The Z25 Mini Electric Loader is used in various fields such as agriculture, animal husbandry, and municipal services. Its introduction will significantly improve the noise and emissions from machinery operations.

It comes equipped with common agricultural grabs, industrial forks, agricultural buckets, angled sweepers, and various attachments, along with an hydraulic attachment replacement system that greatly reduces work during operation. With a 20KWH large-capacity battery, it can work continuously for six-eight hours per charging.
