IAPAs set to thrill this week in Copenhagen

The International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) will take place on Thursday this week in Copenhagen, on the same day as the IPAF Summit, before a packed audience.

The sold out event will see around 400 industry professionals gather at the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel for the hotly anticipated awards ceremony at which the winners of the 13 IAPA categories will be revealed.

Celebrating the industry at its highest level of innovation and best practice, the awards will be hosted by international TV presenter, Alexandra Legouix, well known for fronting a range of automotive TV shows and events.

Both events take place 14 March at the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel Copenhagen and follow an outstanding response from the undustry, with 130 entries received across the 13 award categories. A judging panel of five longstanding industry experts chose the shortlist during a meeting in mid-January.

The IPAF Summit will this year focus on attracting a new generation of people to the access industry, with a range of topical presentations from a mainly younger audience.

Event organisers Access International and IPAF thanked the judges for all their efforts and all those who took the time to enter the awards. “As usual the quality of entries was very high,” said AI and IPAF, “Therefore, if you did not make it on to the short list this year, please consider entering for the 2025 event.”
