APEX news: visitors can set up exhibitor meetings online

Visitors to the APEX exhibition can arrange meetings with exhibitors in advance using a new online ‘meet & greet’ feature on the show website.

Clicking on the ‘Meet & greet our exhibitors’ button on the show homepage takes visitors to a virtual show, with every exhibitor listed and also shown on the floorplan.

Clicking on an exhibitor gives access to information on the company, including photos, product information and videos, as well as the option to request a meeting.

The new feature gives exhibitors the opportunity to provide more detailed information on their participation at the event, and visitors the chance to plan their visits in advance and arrange a number of appointments.

The APEX show, which is the world's largest exhibition dedicated to access equipment, is on 2 to 4 May at the Amsterdam RAI exhibition centre, The Netherlands. Ninety-seven companies have booked space at the show, which is now completely sold-out.

APEX is organised by Industrial Promotions International (IPI) in association with Access International magazine.

APEX takes place alongside the International Rental Exhibition (IRE) and the European Rental Association's annual convention. Visitors to APEX will have free access to the IRE show in an adjoining hall.
