Ausa to focus on electric at Intermat
08 April 2024
Spanish OEM Ausa has said that it will showcase its electric range of equipment at the Intermat exhibition this month, with 11 all-terrain models set to be on show.
Located in hall 5B, the company will highlight a selection of dumpers, rough terrain forklifts and compact telehandlers that focus on sustainability, efficiency and customer profitability.
The company said it will showcase the ease with which its electric range of dumpers and telescopic handlers can be “recharged in almost any location,” with the aim of “consolidating its commitment to the decarbonisation of the industrial sector and lead the energy transition of the most compact all-terrain vehicles.”
At the same time, the company said it will highlight the connectivity of its products through AUSAnow, its online fleet management software for its entire product range that it launched in 2021.
AusaNow allows rental companies and users to have total control of their AUSA vehicles, enabling them to view and create their own personalised charts, to obtain in-depth information about the operation of their machines and make decisions that are based on detailed information.
Machines can be controlled remotely, with real-time information on machine maintenance, performance and movement sent to the user. It also enables bi-directional connectivity between user and machine, thus preventing incidents and reducing downtime.
Users can also establish a schedule and security perimeter, with AUSAnow sending an alert straight away if perimeter’s are breached.
Intermat takes place at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre in Paris from April 24th to 27th.
