Here follows a taster of what the country’s MEWP sector has to offer.

Sinoboom is launching a new 42m platform height telescopic boom, the TB42ERJ Plus, two new articulating booms, the AB22J Plus and AB26EJ and a 5m vertical mast, the VM05EL.

The TB42ERJ Plus can be driven into a container, has 4WS, and is electric powered. The AB22J Plus is diesel powered, shares a modulated design with the existing electric AB22EJ Plus model, and has 4WS. The AB26EJ Plus is electric powered, has 4WS, and is compatible with the Sinoboom range extender. The VM05EL features front-wheel drive, with a small turning radius and anti-slip functionality. Also on show will be the SPT52HJ spider lift, and GKS32L and GKS28EL truck mounted models.

Mantall will display its HZ200JE.

Mantall brings more than a dozen products to the show, including its energy series incorporating the electric telescopic booms HT285JE, electric articulated boom, the HZ200JE, and crawler scissor lifts.

Key features include electric drive and zero emissions. The products have proportional control, featuring smooth and precise action and stronger micro movement. They come standard with an IoT system, paired with an intelligent large screen and easy device management.

Products are equipped with oscillating four-wheel axle. There is also a maximum 5° tilt angle, which combined with oscillating four-wheel axle achieves optimized overall symmetry.

Hered’s HT28JE boom lift

Hered (shandong) Intelligent Technology is showcasing its latest product, the HT28JE fully electric scissor lift. The unit boasts a robust and durable chassis, efficient AC drive system, all-wheel drive capability, combined with a full-time floating axle design, providing optimum ground clearance and off-road capabilities. There is electric proportional control for complex arm movements,

The HT28JE is designed to minimize energy consumption, featuring a lightweight boom that reduces overall power usage, a 360-Degree Continuous Rotation and High-Quality Components - all essential spare parts are sourced from top-tier brands.

The electrical components are 90% interchangeable, while hydraulic parts are 100% compatible, minimizing downtime and maintenance expenses.

LGMG will bring in a new era of products.

LGMG is introducing a ‘new era’ of electric products. The new generation battery driven boom lifts have an adjusted boom structure reducing the machine weight and lowering the production cost.

The unit has been upgraded to a fully integrated PMSM motor system with simple layout, simplified assembly and easy maintenance. LGMG has also upgraded the electric control system to make it more intelligent and efficient.

LGMG will also release its full range of telehandlers, powered by diesel engine or electric motor. Their working height ranges from 6m to 20.7m, while the lifting capacity ranges from 250kg to 5000kg.

Zoomlion is bringinf nine new products to Bauma China, including the 14m ZT14J diesel telescopic boom lift, 51m ZT51JEH extended-range hybrid telescopic boom lift, the 42m ZA42J diesel articulating boom lift, two vertical mast lifts, namely the ZMP09J and ZMP05, the 6m ZS0612C crawler scissor lift, the 10m ZS1018RT diesel rough terrain scissor lift, and the 20m ZS2023ERT electric rough terrain scissor lift - the world’s highest telescopic boom lift.

In addition to the new products, there is also the ZTH4525R telehandler, as well as the ZS0607E and ZS0607AC-Lias scissor lifts.

The ZT51JEH is the industry’s highest extended-range hybrid telescopic boom lift. With a maximum operating height of 50.6m, a maximum outreach of 25m, and a heavy capacity of 300/454kg, it is ideal for indoor applications or high-rise buildings.

The ZA42J adopts diesel power, a maximum working height of 43.8m, and the platform load is up to 275kg.

A new telehandler, the ZTH4018 with maximum working height of 17.6m, reach of 13.13m and load of 4000kg will also be on show.

Dingli will promote the T series of 44m articulated booms.

Dingli is promoting the T series of 44m articulated booms with diesel, electric and hybrid models.

They offer a maximum load of 272kg and adopt Dingli’s modular design with 85% of all components being common, and diesel, electric and hybrid models are developed on the same platform.

The boom’s chassis has a patented and innovative one-button in-situ axle expansion. The axle can retract or expand freely in narrow spaces while in situ, leading to no tire wear during the process.

The upper jib has 230 degree capability and can be hooked back to fit container transport. Gradeability is 45% and four steering modes are available. Horizontal reach is 22.97m, the max. up and over clearance is 18.8m and the max. below ground reach is 9.65m.

The exhibited products also include Dingli’s M series booms with 454kg heavy load and working height of 24-34m, D series with compact size and 320kg heavy load and working height of 16-22m, electric and diesel-powered rough-terrain scissors with working height of 12/14m, axle-type large rough-terrain scissors with working height of 15/18m, small AC scissors and oil-free scissors, large-wheel mini scissors, as well as some differentiated products such as the glass attachment boom, drilling machine, and drilling robot.

Huagong Ladder (Shandong) Machinery Manufacturing will display its range of hydraulic lifts, aerial platform, with a wealth of new technology.

Huagong is showing self propelled scissor lifts, boom lifts, freight elevator, customized hydraulic lifts, and boarding bridges.

Shandong Chufeng Heavy Industry Machinery (CFMG) unveils its new rough terrain solutions, including a 6.7m crawler scissor, the CFPT0710LDS, the 12m CFPT1218RTE electric rough terrain, and 16m CFCA16RE electric articulated boom lift.

The CFPT0710LDS offers outdoor application with steel crawler belts, a compact structure and light weight for elevators and other small spaces. It has zero inside turning radius with excellent maneuverability and is rated at IP67 for dust and waterproofing.

The CFPT1218RTE RT scissor is four wheel drive with large volume batteries for strong rough terrain capability, side maintenance trays for all electric parts and oscillating axle.

The narrow CFCA16RE has a 1.9m width and 50mm rear swing. There are two 100%, a 5°maximum working angle and proportional control joysticks. It also has a long battery service time.

In addition to the new launches, CFMG is displaying some of its hot sellers, including slab scissor.

The Kinglift range.

Kinglift presents a new articulated boom lift designed to be environmentally friendly, and offer efficiency and safety innovations.

The rough terrain lift has a lifting device and platform that can be quickly installed for material lifting, hoisting, or manned aerial operations, at the front bracket of the boom. Center of gravity has been optimizing with the lifting unit and load distribution, while the upper and lower consoles are protected with covers and equipped with emergency stop buttons. The unique three-dimensional rotating device automatically maintains the level of the lifted material and is adjustment accordingly. The speed control is precise and sensitive.

In addition, this exhibition will also display a number of other products such as self-propelled scissor lifts and crawler scissor lifts.

Eddie Precision provides a range of hydraulic systems, including FAP28/46 and FMP28/35/45 pumps used across aerial platforms adopting intelligent pump-control technology, which adjusts the output of flow and pressure according to the actual operational needs and reduces unnecessary energy waste.

The company also focuses on electric-hydraulic integration and motorization.

By Integrating electromotor and hydraulic pump, combing the electric motor and reducer, through the Control Valve with Can-Bus communication system, the system can realize precise control, which fits to the trend of electrification.

With the diversification of aerial work platform applications, the modular design and customized production of hydraulic parts has become a trend. The FSV and FDV series of special valves can be quickly combined and improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
