Elliott Group rebrands as Algeco

Elliott Group and sister UK companies Carter Accommodation and Procomm Site Services are to rebrand as Algeco.

Elliott, which is part of the global Modulaire portable accommodation business, is one of the largest site accommodation and mobile space rental companies in the UK.

The move will create a single brand across the UK and Europe, with the change taking place from 31 March 2022.

Not included in the rebrand is Advanté, the mobile welfare cabin rental and sales company, which will retain its current name.

The combined UK business will be headquartered in Peterborough, with 23 locations throughout the country.

John Campbell, Managing Director of Algeco in the UK, said: “Adopting the Algeco brand in the UK provides a link with our heritage, whilst also symbolising the transformation the UK business is currently going through as part of our group’s global ambitions. We have an exciting future ahead of us.”

Algeco and the Modulaire Group are owned by investment funds managed by Brookfield Business Partners L.P, which acquired the Modulaire Group in December 2021.
