2025 European Rental Awards categories

The European Rental Awards recognise excellence across various facets of the rental industry with the following categories:

Large Rental Company of the Year (revenues more than €15 million): Honouring large companies that exemplify outstanding performance, innovative practices, and exceptional customer service.

Small Rental Company of the Year (revenues less than €15 million): Celebrating smaller firms that demonstrate significant achievements and impact within the rental sector.

Best Safety Initiative by a Rental Company: Recognising innovative approaches to safety that set new standards in the industry.

Rental Product of the Year: Celebrating groundbreaking equipment, tools, or software that redefine rental operations.

Rental Person of the Year: Highlighting individuals who have made transformative contributions to the rental industry.

Lifetime Achievement Award: Honouring a career of exceptional dedication and impact in the rental industry.

ERA Sustainability Committee Award: Best Sustainability Initiative by a Rental Company (judged by the ERA Sustainability Committee): Showcasing efforts to promote environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

ERA Technical Committee Award: Best Initiative to Minimise the Total Cost of Ownership (judged by the ERA Technical Committee): Recognizing innovative strategies that reduce operational costs and maximize efficiency.

The 2025 edition introduces the exciting addition of the Best Safety Initiative by a Rental Company. “Health & Safety” is an important business element for the Rental Industry.

It is not only a legal obligation but a basic human right and a prerequisite for establishing the industry sector as an attractive ‎employer and one ‎of the core areas within the next strategic period of ERA.
