European Rental Week 2025

The European Rental Association (ERA) is delighted to announce that the third annual European Rental Week (ERW) will take place from 13 to 19 October 2025.

This event continues our commitment to promoting the rental industry’s pivotal role in advancing sustainability, innovation, and economic efficiency across Europe.​

Reflecting on previous editions

Since its launch in 2023, European Rental Week has rapidly become a cornerstone event for the rental industry. The ERW 2023 set the foundation by bringing together rental companies, associations, and suppliers to celebrate and spotlight the industry’s contributions.

The success of this initial event paved the way for subsequent editions, each building upon the last to further the industry’s goals.

In 2024, under the theme “Working in Rental for a Sustainable Future,” ERW emphasized the industry’s dedication to environmental stewardship and resource efficiency.

The event highlighted the importance of sustainability, showcasing how rental solutions contribute to a greener future. This focus resonated across the industry, leading to increased participation and the sharing of best sustainability practices. ​

European Rental Week 2025: New concepts

Building on the momentum of previous years, European Rental Week 2025 will continue to champion and celebrate the equipment rental industry.

As we approach European Rental Week 2025, ERA remains committed to supporting our members’ initiatives and fostering greater visibility and engagement across the industry.

We encourage all stakeholders to join us in these efforts and contribute to the growth and recognition of the rental sector during this important week.
