H&E expansion continues with new depots
20 May 2024
H&E Equipment Services has continued its expansion with the opening of two new branches, bringing the number of total openings since the second quarter of 2023 to 18.
Its new Jonesboro branch is the third general rental equipment location it has opened in the state of Arkansas and includes a fully fenced yard area, offices, and a repair shop.
It offers a variety of construction and general industrial equipment from the likes of Hilti, Doosan, Kubota, Kobelco and Wacker Neuson.
Branch manager Wesley Creasey said, “H&E has extended its coverage in northeast Arkansas, northwest of Memphis, Tennessee, and into the southeast tip of Missouri.
“With additional fleet in the area and quick access to I-555, state highways 49 and 63, and major roadways that branch off in all directions, we can get rental equipment to job sites quickly and efficiently.
“This new location bridges the gap between our existing Little Rock and Memphis branches, and we look forward to helping new and existing customers secure the right equipment for their projects.”
At the same time, it has added its seventh general rental location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area with the opening of a new branch in Denton. The depot will specialise in the rental of a variety of equipment, including aerial lifts, earthmoving equipment, telescopic forklifts and compaction equipment.
Branch manager Jess Trussell said, “The location of our new Denton branch gives H&E expanded coverage of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, especially the growing market north of the metroplex. The facility covers the territory between our established Fort Worth and McKinney branches, so customers in outlying areas have more convenient service.
“By adding coverage to the northwest side of Dallas, we can source equipment faster from an expanded fleet and provide the specific unit that is needed. Our facility is situated near major roadways, so we’re able to move equipment to customer job sites quickly.”
Earlier this year the company said it will maintain the rate of growth of its depot network in 2024, opening between 12 and 15 new sites following the 14 branches added in 2023.
