Herc acquires in Colorado

US-based equipment rental company Herc Rentals has acquired All Rental Center. No financial details have been disclosed.

Based in Colorado Springs, All Rental Center is an independent equipment rental provider that operates two locations in the wider metropolitan area and the surrounding eastern plains of Colorado.

Its fleet includes material handling equipment, generators, earthmoving, trenchers and air equipment and associated tools. It also provides sales of both new and used equipment.

Combining with Herc will significantly expand the range of equipment and services we can provide to our customers.

The purchase of All Rental Center follows the acquisition of Rental Works of Maryland earlier this month, an independent equipment rental company serving the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia markets.

Herc reported in April that it completed four acquisitions in Q1, adding 11 locations while additionally opening four greenfield locations for a total of 15 new locations.
