Kennards expands Darwin product line

Australian rental firm Kennards Hire has added its range of Lift & Shift products to its Winnellie, Darwin depot.

The Winnellie depot now offers large-scale spreader bars, air skates, cable hauling equipment, hydraulic bolting and tensioning, and technology such as the JDN cordless pendant hoist. Kennards Hire Lift & Shift also offers advice and package solutions for any lifting job.

“We are in a period of rapid infrastructural growth in this part of Australia. Kennards Hire Lift & Shift will supply equipment and offer advice to customers for a number of projects across the state,” said Andrew Lambert, general manager of Kennards Hire Lift & Shift.

The addition of Kennards Hire Lift & Shift equipment to the Kennards Hire Winnellie branch is the latest in a line of expansions from the Lift & Shift team. With a new store in Alexandria, Sydney, as well as a product range in the Kennards Hire outlet in East Tamaki, New Zealand, 2014 has seen Lift & Shift develop a strong foothold in the materials handling industry in both Australia and New Zealand.
