Kennards Hire names its NZ branch of the year

The Kennards Hire Mount Maunganui branch team.

A Kennards Hire branch has been named New Zealand’s Branch of the Year at its Quality of Management (QOM) Awards.

The annual awards, created by the company to celebrate its branches’ commitment to delivering the best service, best equipment, and best hire centre experience, recognised the Mount Maunganui branch as the Branch of the Year. 

Taine Newland, branch manager for Mount Maunganui, said, “I feel immensely privileged to be part of the amazing team we have at Mount Maunganui. This award is all thanks to each and every one of them; their combined efforts, energy, talent and dedication.

“They show up every day and focus on doing the best they can. They keep the customer front of mind in everything they do, getting to know the wider Mount Manganui community, and treating everyone as part of the Kennards Hire family.”

At the same time, three other branches were recognised for their excellence, with Kennards Hire Dunedin taking both the Administration Award and People & Safety Award.

Kennards Hire Lift & Shift East Tamaki were awarded the Equipment Award.
