Kiloutou ends year with two acquisitions

Kiloutou has made acquistions in France and Italy, buying portable accommodation rental company Jamart Location Modulaire in France and Italian general renter Aerotecnica.

Kiloutou said the acquisition of Jamart Location, which operates from three locations in France, was “transformative”, making it a leading player in the portable accommodation market in France, now with 23,000 rental units and 12 locations.

In Italy, Aerotecnica adds three locations in Calenzano, Pistoia and Lucca and strengthens Kiloutou’s business in Tuscany.

It is the company’s fourth acquisition in Italy and brings its presence in the country to 25 branches and 250 staff.

These two latest deals continue Kiloutou’s track record of acquisitions, which have included in Grupo Vendap in Portugal and GSV in Denmark.

Kiloutou has been owned by HLD and Dentressangle since 2018, and is growing organically and through acquisitions. It operates in France, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark and Portugal.
