GP Mat International, Raimondi dealer for France, took delivery of the T147 flat top models as part of a drive to update its rental fleet.

“We are proud to announce that we are invigorating the GP Mat product lineup by adding two Raimondi T147s to our machine portfolio, enhancing our offerings to the French market,” commented Frank Torchard, GP Mat president.

The T147s were put to work in Monteux, France, on Les Jardins Harmonia, a residential construction project. Also on site is a Raimondi MRT159 flat top, erected to a hook height of 33 metres and with a 44 metre jib.

The new T147s have a hook height of 24 metresand 40 metre jibs at the end of which the lifting capacity is 4.35 tonnes. The 37 kW winches give a maximum hoisting speed of 105 metres a minute. Drum capacity is 620 metres. Both the new cranes have the high specification Lumina cabin.

“The MRT159 remains one of our bestselling models in the region, while the Raimondi Class 110 series cranes have several technical and operational advancements, including improved error diagnostics, faster commissioning, and enhanced overall safety,” Torchard added.

Construction contractor HD Construction rented the cranes which are due to remain onsite for around 14 months.
