New track loader from Toro gets ARA debut
19 February 2024
Toro has launched the TX 1000 Turbo track loader at the ARA Show, which is taking place in New Orleans, US, this week.
The machine, which is a reconditioned model of its previous TX 1000, comes equipped with a one tonne operating capacity, Stage V compliant 18.4kW engine from Yanmar and new tracks.
Available in either a narrow or wide track configuration, Toro said the TX1000 offers its Smart Power feature which automatically adjusts traction speed, optimising engine, auxiliary and traction torque in the process.
Another new feature is the addition of a digital display for its traction control system, which the company said allows easy control for operators of all skill levels.
The engine is said to reduce vibrations and enhance torque - especially when utilising the trencher and auger attachments.
Attachments available for the machine include adjustable forks, grapple bucket, TX 1000 Standard Bucket and a TX 1000 High Volume Bucket for when removal of large amounts of materials is required.
IRN was told that the company is taking orders globally for the unit now, with delivery expected from April.
