Japanese rental company Nishio Rent All has opened new headquarters for its Vietnam business and said it will expand operations in the country.

The unveiling of the new facility in Hanoi, which took place in June, was attended by employees, partners and company leaders, including chairman Mr. Yoshihiro Tonomura.

The company said the new base, located a few kilometres from its previous HQ, is almost double the size and includes office space, a workshop and an outdoor yard.

It said that the move will enable it to better serve its customer base in the country.

Founded in 1959, Nishio Rent All forms one quarter of the big four rental companies in Japan, alongside Aktio, Kanamoto and Nikken. The company first moved in to the Vietnamese market in 2012.

Its operations in Vietnam, where the company employs 65 staff and operates five branches, generated capital of $500,000 (€461,000) in 2023.

As well as Vietnam, the company has operations in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, China, Indonesia and the Philippines.
