Pramac Generac hosts rental customers

Genset manufacturer Pramac Generac hosted a series of customer visits, including major rental companies, at its facility in Murcia, Spain over five weeks in April and May.

The company displayed two gensets from its recently launched GPW range, both with Stage V engines, and a new hybrid generator, the GRW60 HY, which combines a lithium battery pack and a Stage V diesel engine with a raw power of 60 kVA.

Also on show was its new dual engined ‘Twingen’ Stage V genset, containerised and super-silenced, and produced at Pramac’s headquarters in Casole d’Elsa, Italy.

Visitors saw battery storage units produced in Rugby, UK, following the acquisition of Off Grid Energy. On show was the large Off Grid LX, mid-sized MX, and the new, smallest unit, the SX Plus 10/25, capable of storing 25 kWh and delivering up to 10 kVA of power.

From its lighting tower range, Pramac showed the latest product from its Pavia facility in Italy, the CUBE PRO, a plug-in hybrid lighting tower. It has an “all-in-one” power supply system, allowing the operator to choose between battery, diesel, hybrid, or plug-in mode.

Pramac said the demos, meetings and presentations helped it to “highlight the Group’s effort in the evolution towards more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

“The discussions covered market trends, energy issues for the global economy, the impact of sustainability on decision-making, and the future of manufacturing industries.”
