Record growth for Bidadoo

US-based online auction specialist Bidadoo has posted record sales growth in its latest results, with the second quarter of 2023 seeing an 81% growth in sales.

According to the company, the growth demonstrates “the shift from traditional auction models for trucks and equipment to its “more efficient and trusted online auctions and remarketing.”

Howard Hawk, bidadoo president, said “Our continued growth is a testament to our strong and experienced team. Bidadoo is celebrating our 20th anniversary this year, with many long-term market professionals and a growing team of new industry experts.

Elsewhere, the company says it is launching a new Verified Condition program alongside eBay, with which it entered into a strategic partnership in 2021.

Hawk said, “We have hosted an online auction nearly every week for the past 20 years, and offer our customers the largest auction platform and most trusted equipment marketplace in the industry. We are proud to have recently partnered with eBay to launch eBay’s Verified Condition program.”

“This program builds on the Bidadoo 100% guarantee that we have offered for nearly 20 years to continue to enhance the trust, transparency, and confidence in everything we do.”

To date, Bidadoo’s online marketplace, which it hosts on eBay, has seen 157,000 sold across 124 countries.
