Renta to acquire Polish scaffolding firm

Renta Group is to acquire Poland-based Scaffolding Group. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.

Founded in 2015, Scaffolding Group is predominantly based in the southern region of Katowice where it serves industrial customers, but also works internationally on a project basis. 

It employs 20 members of staff and generates annual revenues of €3.5 million.

The deal marks the first entry into the Polish industrial scaffolding market for Renta Group, which said the acquisition strengthens its position in the industrial customer end-market.

The company added that it plans to “continue to scale the operations geographically and to further expand the customer base” of Scaffolding Group.

The deal is expected to close next month.
