Allan, who has experience in rental from a two-year stint with Coates, will oversee Royal Wolf Australia’s national and key accounts, inside sales teams, customer service centres, its operations and safety in the region.

Neil Littlewood, Managing Director at Royal Wolf Australia, said, “Greg is a seasoned executive with an impressive record of growing businesses through well-executed plans, strong internal and external communications, and high levels of customer engagement. We welcome him to the Wolf Pack.”

A qualified accountant, Allan has over 25 years of experience and has previously held executive level positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, Qantas and Coates.

A priority for the new executive manager is the expansion of the company’s customer base.

“Finding customers that aren’t currently dealing with Royal Wolf is a big priority,” said Allan. “Fortunately, we have a team of dedicated experts who are focused on listening to customer problems, identifying their needs and finding solutions.”

Allan added that providing new training and coaching opportunities for existing staff would also be a focus; “I want to work closely with the team, empower them to improve the customer experience and help the company realise its growth potential.”

United Rentals added the Royal Wolf business in April 2021 as part of its acquisition of General Finance Corp.
