System Lift gains links to the Netherlands

Wir-Vermieten has joined German rental cooperative System Lift, providing its first links to the Netherlands.

Based in Wilsum, Lower Saxony, around 20km from the Dutch border, Wir-Vermieten has around 56 aerial platforms and telescopic forklifts covering the counties of Bentheim and Emsland, as well as the northern Nertherlands.

Malte Bilau, CEO of System Lift, said, ‘With Wir-Vermieten, System Lift can now serve a very interesting region in north-west Germany and also partly in the Netherlands. This expands both our partner network and our coverage. In addition, we are of course convinced that we have found an innovative partner in Wir-Vermieten.”

Wir-Vermieten becomes the seventh new rental company to join System Lift this year, representing 1,500 rental units.

Jan-Philipp Kaptein, managing partner of Wir-Vermieten, said the company would benefit from System Lift’s resources. “This means that our customers not only benefit from our own rental fleet in our region, but also gain access to over 21,000 other machines.

“We are also convinced that we can offer our customers in the region great added value with the System-Card operator training courses.”
