Trime launches spare parts ordering system

UK-based lighting specialist Trime UK has launched an online spare parts ordering system for its lighting towers.

Available for owners, users and engineers of Trime lighting towers and wash bays, the system enables users to save regularly used parts and easily make repeat orders.

Once registered, users can enter the serial number found on any machine on to the portal, which will then provide a manual for the relevant lighting tower or wash bay and all the parts unique to that model.

Live pricing, stock levels and a quick ordering button are also provided, while all orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day.

Paul Hay, managing director Trime UK said, “We are well aware that in a fast-moving environment such as the hire markets, having the quick availability of spare parts is paramount.

“Therefore we worked with our IT partners to develop this system to enable all our clients to have quick and easy access to source spare parts and keep their equipment running and in good order.”
