TSR-Elsite to debut site management system at Bauma

Power, lighting and heating equipment manufacturer TSR-Elsite will debut its construction site management system at Bauma 2025.

Designed to enhance site efficiency and safety, Spine is a monitoring system that enables construction managers to track and optimise energy usage, environmental conditions, and operational safety in real time.

The Finnish company said that Spine offers predictive alerts to help prevent downtime and improve safety standards by combining advanced sensors, data analytics, and predictive modeling.

Spine features real-time data monitoring for energy consumption, temperature, humidity, and other site conditions.

It provides predictive alerts for potential hazards such as electrical overloads or excessive humidity, allowing teams to take preventive action. By optimising energy efficiency, TSR-Elsite said Spine can help reduce operational costs and environmental impact. Additionally, its customisable alerts can be tailored to the specific needs of different construction sites.

The system also supports cost management by providing detailed insights into energy consumption and equipment usage, the company said, aiding the adoption of eco-friendly practices to reduce the carbon footprint of construction sites.
