Wynne Systems appoints director

James Wilcock, director of professional services, Wynne Systems.

US-based rental software company Wynne Systems has appointed James Wilcock as its new director of professional services.

Based in the UK, Wilcock has been with the company for six years and was most recently its customer success manager.

In his new role, Wynne said he will help drive a unified customer care team focused on “propelling customers’ success.”

He will also remain responsible for helping Wynne customers to achieve organisational goals by leveraging the potential of Wynne’s solutions, the company said. 

Wilcock said, “I am excited to take on this new role and lead the Customer Success Department. By bringing the CSM team back together with the broader Customer Care team, we will be able to provide an even higher level of support and value to our customers.”

Donna Dowie, director of customer care, Wynne Systems, added, “We are thrilled to have Jimmy lead our Customer Success Department during this exciting time. His proven leadership skills, combined with his passion for customer success, will be instrumental in ensuring our customers maximize the value of Wynne’s products and services.”

The move comes as the company carries out what it describes as a strategic realignment of its Customer Success team. Effective July 1 the CSM team, led by Wilcock, rejoined the Customer Care Department.

The company said the move will bring “closer collaboration” and ensures “seamless, world-class support” to its customers.

The change of role for Wilcock comes weeks after the company announced the appointment of Brittany Walker as its new director of professional services.
