UK-based software provider Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is to rebrand as Klipboard.

The company said the new name and branding reflects its “evolution as a unified, forward-thinking organisation dedicated to delivering industry-tailored solutions” across various sectors.

Klipboard said the move, which consolidates all operating brands under a single identity, was influenced by its acquisition of Klipboard.io last year and marks a move toward a unified global brand.

Ian Bendelow, CEO of Klipboard, said it means the company is “empowering businesses to thrive in an interconnected world.”

He said, “Today marks an exciting milestone as we launch Klipboard,” he said. “This rebrand reflects our passion for collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable value to customers.

“We believe this new name and a contemporary brand identity will help showcase what our amazing teams do and help customers navigate all of our solution offerings under one roof.”

The rebrand will roll out globally in phases throughout 2025, with all solutions eventually aligning under the Klipboard name.

Founded in 1976, the company has seen a significant amount of growth in recent years. Since 2013 it has acquired some 25 acquisitions, including that of inspHire and Current-RMS in 2018.
