RentEase restructures for expansion

RentEase Group, which operates in India, Dubai, USA, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are set to be consolidated in a new organisation RentEase Limited.

According to the India-based distributor and rental company, the strategy will enhance its capacity for future growth and development.

“By transitioning to RentEase Limited, we are adopting a structure that enables greater flexibility and opportunities for expansion. This change will enhance our ability to respond to market dynamics and fuel our ambitious goals,” said the company.

With the restructuring, the Board of Directors has been extended. “This step ensures we have access to a broader range of expertise and strategic guidance, helping us navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry”.

Meghraj Singh, chairman of RentEase, said “For our team members, this new structure represents an exciting opportunity to be part of a stronger and more agile organization.

“We expect no immediate impact on day-to-day operations, but we anticipate new opportunities for professional development, as our increased resources will enable us to expand our business and invest in talent across the board.”

Singh added that the new structure will enable RentEase to be more agile and efficient in cash and capex allocations.
