Spain-based OEM Ausa will debut three new products at the Bauma trade show in Germany next week, including one electric unit.

Among the debuts on its 520sqm outdoor booth in Munich will be its first electric rough terrain forklift, the C151E.

Equipped with a battery of up to 18.6kWh and a 19.6kW electric motor that electronically manages power, the model is designed for use in environments that require low emissions, such as greenhouses, night time municipal works and enclosed spaces.

The new C151E electric rough terrain forklift offers a 1.5 tonne load capacity and a maximum lift height of up to 4m.

Additonally, it can be charged from 20 to 80% in 3 hours and 15 minutes using a 230V charger, or in 1 hour via a 400V varient.

Ausa said that with the new model it now offers at least one electrified vehicle in each of its product lines, joining the D101AEA, D101AEA Compact, and D151AEG dumpers, as well as the T164E telehandler.

Joining the C151E on its stand is its its low-emission combustion engine version, the C151H. Like the C151E, it offers a 1.5 tonne load capacity and a maximum lift height of up to 4m.

It is powered by a Stage V compliant 18.5kW Kubota engine and is available in both 4x4 and 4x2 versions. The 4x2 variant offers a reduced turning radius of 2,690mm, which Ausa said enhances maneuverability in confined spaces.

Reversible drive dumper

Completing its lineup of new machines at Bauma, Ausa will showcase the DR602AHG tonne reversible drive dumper.

Described by the company as an evolution of the 601 model, it offers a reversible driving position, 6.6 tonne load capacity as well as a swivel skip.

Other features include a rotateble seat and steering wheel for better visibility, an optimised drivers area for more space and comfort, an integrated suspension seat and a foldable ROPS protection structure complete with safety rails.

Accessibility to the engine and maintenance components are improved thanks to a new hood, while air, liquid, and fuel filters, the radiator, and fluid tanks have been positioned to reduce downtime and simplify servicing tasks.

In addition to its outdoor booth, the company will also be present at the JLG space, where it will showcase the D151AEG electric dumper and the T164E electric telehandler.

“We approach Bauma 2025 at a crucial time for the industry, facing challenges such as the transition to a more sustainable sector and an evolving geopolitical landscape,” said Alberto Ortega, the new commercial director of Ausa.

“In this context, Bauma serves as the ideal platform to strengthen relationships with customers and distributors, explore new business opportunities, and drive our continued growth.”
