Access Hire invests in new Versalift vehicle

UK-based Access Hire Nationwide is growing its specialist vehicle mounted access fleet with the addition of 25 VTL135-F platforms. The platforms are mounted on the 3.5 tonne Iveco Daily 35S, a new vehicle alternative recently introduced by Versalift UK.

The VTL135-F incorporates a profiled boom structure manufactured from ultra-high strength steel, providing users with smooth platform operation in the walk-in bucket. When mounted onto the 3.5 tonne Iveco Daily 35S, platforms have a working height of 13.5m, outreach of 8.4m and 200kg of spare payload after driver, passenger and fuel.

The VTL135-F’s are kitted out with a variety of features as standard including zero tail swing, load moment control (LMC), undermounted buckets and have LCD display to bucket controls providing additional information to the operator.

Following customer feedback, Versalift added the choice of mounting the VTL135-F onto an Iveco Daily 35S earlier this year. The platform can also be mounted on Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter vehicles.
