New Ireland distribution for France Elévateur

Versalift Ireland is set become the official dealer for France Elévateur vehicle mounted platforms.

From 1 June, sales, after sales, parts and training will be transferred from previous dealer Cherry Picker to Versalift Ireland, with all operations managed from the Tallaght office, Dublin.

Following Versalift parent company Time Manufacturing Company’s acquisition FE Group, Versalift Ireland will benefit from a wider choice of lifts, adding to the Ruthmann products it already represents. They include Ruthmann products from its Steiger and Ecoline truck mount range and the Bluelift spider lift brand.

The FE (France Elévateur) product line will initially include two models, the 121FT and the 132FV, both mounted on a Renault Master. FE platforms have been produced in France since 1984, with more than 13,000 units in the European market today. The 121FT is popular in the telecoms and street lighting sectors, said the company, while the 132FV works across various sectors including lighting distribution networks.

Andy Bray, managing director for Versalift Ireland, said, “Our ongoing investment in the Irish market, and the creation of our new Dublin based production facility will enable efficient, localised manufacture and installation of FE products specifically for the Irish market.

“The execution of our strategy to improve our proposition in this market will proactively enable our FE, Versalift and Ruthmann customers to work safely and maximise their productivity.”
